Goku & Gohan

The father & son last chance to destroy Cell. The sculpting isn't too fantastic but the paintwork is ok. Did some justice to the original scene.

More in-depth look

Goku vs Rival

This piece pits Goku against 3 of his most bitter nemesis: Frieza, Cell & Puu. I like the metallic bust of the 3 nemesis but Goku's pose is a bit weird.

Shen Long & U-long

1st of my favourite piece of this series. This was when Shen Long was summoned for the 1st time and U-Long spoiled the whole party by asking for a pair of panties for his ultimate wish. I think The Shen Long was quite nicely sculpted.

Bulma

This is perhaps the worst piece of the series. Bulma could not fit into the cockpit properly, the paintwork is not really fantastic. This piece even look unfit for the "Imagination" label. Finally I was never a fan of Bulma.

Goku vs Krilin

My 2nd fave piece. This is what an ideal diorama should be, a good sculpt, a solid backdrop and figurines that speak to you with their action. The diorama is mould according to a manga design such that it has a 3D feel to it.

Alternatuve Angle

Ginyu Toku sentai

I like the sculpt of Freiza, even his greystone shade. I also like the sentai with their trademark pose. But what I don't like is the sticky PVC (much like Naruto in Real Collection 1) that the base and sentai is made of. It's unattractive and the pieces fall off easily.

Final Rating:

Been a diorama series already earn a star on my personal side. I do like the direction this series is going but with the inclusion of Bulma, Goku's weird pose in "Goku vs Rival" & the fact that the sentai fall off easily out of place, I cannot give this series more than an average rating. The sculpting is pretty good for Bandai standard while paintwork left much to be desired.
