PSE 07The only bust figure of this set with a pretty risqué figure if you ask me, kind of appeal to those into sadomasochistic lover, all the studs, black leather and the amount of flesh been shown. Well actually Murata's illustration does include plenty of controversial elements, S&M included but the beauty of it somehow makes these side issues negligible. If you look at the up close of the face of this lady, her make up seems to be overloaded and she reminded me of people from at least the 1950s and before. Despite the risqué content, I really like the attire including the sexy black leather brassiere, the classic choker around the neck as well as the innovative earrings.

PSE 08For PSE 08, you see an oriental-looking lass perhaps going for a swim with her long hair swaying with her movements. One piece I didn't really pay much attention to. I didn't really like the facial sculpt and the gaze looks a bit intimidating to me. However I really like the sculpt of swimsuit especially the rear when the sculptor really pays attention the folds of the suit with the pose. The emerald hair clip is actually the connecting point of the 2 bundles of hair.

PSE 09For PSE 09 we have a little girl been well tickled by her pet kitten which is clung onto her back. A really nice and perhaps the nicest of this set with a lot story to deplore on unlike the rest in this set which is rather mundane. The girl is done nicely especially the face, which seems to relate the mix feeling she is immersed in, both irritated yet enjoying it. The attire is ok with main focus on the unique circular hat, the silver bangles around her left hand as well as the typical Murata zipper boots. The kitten is not worth a mention but the stool is brilliantly made especially the cushion cover seems like real leather with the paintjob.

PSE 10The 10th edition we see a futuristic-looking blond sitting on the ground, angry over some issue only made known to herself. First what I like about this piece is that angry expression this lady is caught in which make her extra sexy, if you know what I mean. You don't? Never mind then. I also like the attire she is wearing which includes a pair of nice high-cut boots with the distinctive "PSE" logo. The solitary aspect I don't is that head-wear which looks a lot like pigs ears if you ask me.

PSE 11The eleventh member of this series is a Miss Kitty going on a expedition with a nice backpack and all raring to move on. This is the box version exclusive figure which I managed to swap it off the shelf for a cool 1200¥! (Ha Ha Sucker!), but at least I manage to get the complete set without the need to purchase both capsule and box versions. Well didn't regret paying that much for her as she too has one of the best facial sculpt perhaps in the entire series. I really like the pose, the striped tall socks and that hard-casing backpack.

PSE 12The final piece is a girl with really out of this world attire which makes me wonder whether she can receive any extra-terrestrial reception with that 2 cones on her head. Ok I must admit the facial sculpt for this lass is pretty well done as well as she give a cold stare sideways. There are cones everywhere: on her head, on her gloves and even on her footwear. I really like the design of the gloves but the footwear reminds me of a crossover between a cream cake and an exotic slug.

Pales in comparison to the Version 1 I must say but nonetheless the overall quality more or less had been maintained. Now looking forward to Murata sensei's "Robots" trading figure as previewed in the 2005 summer Wonderfest to be released; it already looks great with the unfinished product. |
